I'm trying to decide between some motherboards and was wondering what I should be looking out for

So far I have it down to obviously the chipset at x99, with 8 Ram slots, quad channel ability, USB 3.1, and that's pretty much it

Anything else that might help me trim down my potentials list?

Oh also 3 way SLI
>>

That board is beautiful, which is it?
>>

MSI x99 SLI Krait Edition, one of the boards I was considering
>>

I built a rig for a customer with that one I think. Buy it.

Oh and X99 is quad channel by nature, and 8 RAM slots is usual for most ATX boards. Just find the usb 3.1 version of whichever brand you lean towards

Asus P9X79. Unbeatable motherboard, not X99 but still genuinely worth it.

not all x99 boards have quad channel as I have found out actually, or 8 slots.

Basically I have it down to:

ASRock X99 Extreme6/3.1

MSI MSI Gaming X99A GAMING 7

MSI Computer ATX DDR4 3000

ASUS X99-A/USB 3.1

and the MSI X99A SLI KRAIT EDITION

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130840

These all have 8 ram slots, quad channel support, are x99 chipset, have SLI, and have 3.1 USB ports

So now I need to find out the single flaws in each one

>>51889924
Well the norm is 8 slots, dig around, research and make an educationed decision. Godspeed!
>>
>>51889954
b-but!
>>
>>51890016
But what?
>>
>>51890028
is there really no other factor that could help trim the list? Is it just pick what you like best at this point?
>>
>>51890050
Based on what you want, just get the usb 3.1 version of whichever looks the best.
>>
Anons, which one should I get?
The Gigabyte one is more expensive and I don't exactly think I'll make use of the 4 memory slots either anytime soon either.
