Here on /g/ we try to make the internet a better place by helping individuals such as yourself best utilize their gadgets. This blurring issue you've run into is quite easy to fix if you remove the old scaling files associated with depreciated versions of windows. Simply go into your system folders and delete a file called "diagtrack.dll" and this will force Windows to use the newest and clearest type of display scaling.

You can find where exactly this file is by checking out the included screenshot. I haven't removed mine because it doesn't affect integrated graphics cards.
