I was thinking of buying an R9 380
Will it bottleneck?

APU's don't bottleneck much because unless its 3.5Ghz or under its not going to bottleneck.
But if your ram is a shitty 1600Mhz it will bottleneck hard.
but all you will see with the bottleneck is a fixed FPS that woun't go any higher.
mostly bottlenecking only every happens on higher end video cards because the cpu can't run fast enough to use the max bandwidth that why when you peck on your CPU your moniter just freezes up and stops working for a few seconds.

The CPU component of your APU may or may not be holding you back, depending on what games you play. The GPU component of your APU may or may not be holding you back, depending on what games you play and what resolution you play at. Basically that processor isn't that great and different tasks will bottleneck it in different ways.

Eh, it depends on what you want to do and what your expectations are. I mean shit, look at how poorly the current consoles run some of the newer games that are supposedly optimized for them. The bottom line is that everyone is going to have a different definition of what they consider playable.
