I recently adopted a puppy that likes to scratch and chew things like puppies do. However i've been keeping my case open since my cpu cooler (hyper 212 evo) doesnt just fit in it like 5mm off. So i need a new case that has

>scrach/bite resistance
>about 160mm cpu cooler clearance or more
>(optional) window to monitor dust/dog hair buildup and such
Board form factor is ATX.
Does such a case even exist?

Just buy an oversized case like an Aerocool x predator or an NZXT phantom (not the 410, that's a mid tower)

The puppy in question is a white labrador. I do have two chesapeake bay retrievers also but they're too old and trained to fuck with my stuff, but they shed hair like crazy for some reason, hence the dust filter requirement.
