Yes and No. First of all I asked, and they said that it's possible that there are shipping errors and what not. Also, whenever you leave a package at someones doorstep it's possible that someone can steal it.

Newegg generally has the best deals for new GPUs, and those people who legit did not get their GPU want a GPU, or scam us, so they can crossfire, or SLI. We offer these people gift cards generally too, when we send out another card. If it's a general unsafe area for a package left at a door stop, most shipping companies require a signature, so stolen items are actually pretty rare.
