MK120 combo was cheaper than keyboard by itself, so I guess you have a spare mouse now.
For about $70, you can get a mechanical keyboard, if you don't mind the extra cost.

Corsair CX series PSUs are shithe because they are liable to fry everyou component they are connected to.
Look up the PSU tier list and it should give you some guidance.

The lower end CX units aren't bad. I'd recommend a CX 430 any day.
What IS shit, however, is the "PSU Tier list." Stop referencing that. It's biased, generalizes too much, and is incomplete.

Haswell Refresh is compatible with old Haswell chipsets like H81 and B85. Also, MicroATX tends to be the sweet spot for price in the low and mid ranges of chipsets.
H97, Z97, etc. is unnecessary and expensive.

Unbalanced. A 6600K and 16 GB RAM is what you pair with a 980 Ti, not a 970.
Then again, I tend to recommend the Xeon E3-1231 V3 over the i5-4690K or i5-6600K.

Mine (the one with the i5-4460 and GTX 970) will indeed run things fine. It is balanced, and going overkill on everything else to get a shitty GPU is a bad idea.
