how would a laptop bottleneck? considering they have Intel CPU/GPU and when I ran the Intel stress test, my system was normal.
I have not experienced any issues or fps drop in games. Only thing that actually made a difference was drivers which changed the quality of audio/video playback between Windows 7 and 8.1. The worst being Linux and Windows 10 until 1511 was released.
By far, Windows 8.1 was the most efficient and supportive for running graphic intensive games.
