I know you're being facetious, but not being able to use the right stick and the face buttons simultaneously is the actual biggest issue with gamepads that this type of gimmicky shit at least attempts to fix.
And no, claw grip is not a solution, it's the outcome of ergonomic design and/or button mapping failure.
