If you're on 8 then upgrade to 8.1 because 10 is worse in every aspect except for icon design.

windows 10 is alright once you perform a clean install, update it to the lastest version, disable telemetry and automatic updates and one drive through cmd/registry/gpedit and disable every single privacy option in the settings.
Note that you should update first in order to get your new windows 10 key if you want to perform a clean install later.
If you just liked a classic win7-like OS style, just install 8.1 and never update it.
