The R9 380X version
>>51783705
>buying a 950 or a 960
>unironically
>>51783705
There's literally no reason to get 370
AMD > NVIDIA on mid-low range cards
NVIDIA > AMD on high end cards
>>51783723
whats wrong ?
>>51783734
way to expensive i'm a poorfag
>>51783761
what would you recommend then ?

$152.99 after rebate and shits all over the 950 (and 960).
>>51783791
i wish i could buy that but here i live my mail only works with amazon

> 1 x DL-DVI-D 1 x DL-DVI-I 1 x HDMI 1 x DisplayPort 1.2
Is this 2005?
>>51783847
It's only $7 more on Amazon with the same $20 rebate, making it the same price as the 950 and a much better card.

No.
>>51783870
$20 isn't even worth the time it takes to fill out and mail the rebate form
>>51783778
>way to expensive i'm a poorfag
Why are you buying a brand new card if you're a poorfag? Just pick up a used tahiti card for under $100.
>>51783791
yeah but
not op but amd drivers are shit on linux for wine
and I do not need nor feel like paying for a 980 or above
and I do not feel like getting nvidiakeked with a 970
so 950/960 was the best choice for me.
I can ignore /g/ with good faith on this since most of /g/ is windowse babbies.
>>51783870
that seems like a pain
>>51783908
i might be poor but to buy used shit no thanks.
>>51783924
I tried intel gpu at first though but it was pretty glitchy though maybe that was just because the drivers were not too up to date yet.
>>51783938
Maybe your poor cause you make shit purchasing decisions
>>51783938
Well, just know that in saving a few bucks and going with a 950 versus a 380, you could have gotten almost 80% higher performance on all gaming fronts.
I would only recommend that 950 if you're on a baby oem psu. If not, 380 just destroys it for $10 more.
>>51783924
>buying a GPU for gaming
>won't even dual boot windows
You deserve to get keked by buying a low-end Nvidia, if you're going to come asking what the best thing to buy is and then ignore the advice then get fucking lost, chief.
>>51783791
>AMD
Dude... stop. This is harmful.
You better not buy a card with less than 4gb of VRAM.
This is really cheap at the moment.

But out of stock, I see. Too bad. Still, you should really look at a 4gb ( ! ! ! ) 380 or 380x model. Or 4gb 960 I guess, if you can find a good one.
Look, I'll recommend one for you, I've got time. There's a cheap Zotac 960 that qualifies, but cheap Zotac's are garbage.

Here look, this card is $190 after a rebate, about $200 without. Get this. I know you're spending something on the order of $30 more than the card in the OP image, but come on bro, buy something that will be relevant in the longer term, not that 2gb shit just to save thirty bucks. Be smart, that extra $30, that extra VRAM, that extra power, is worth it.
