They can play 1080p stuff windows 8.1 and have HDMI output I just don't get how fuck can they build this add a screen a memory and fucking everything and still sell it for 40€ since the cheapest atom NUC is 90€ and it doesn't even have ram/memory

Windows is free for sub 10" devices, hence the huge amount of 8" and 9.7" chinese tablets.
Intel is basically fireselling the atoms in an effort to crack into the mobile tablet/phone market, and have lots of partners in China to basically have a monopoly in China. Think about it, a couple billion people in china, you only need a fraction of them to buy an intel product and you have millions of customers.

because other companies nickle and dime you, a samsung phone that "Costs" 300 USD only has ~80 in making and shipping it. The chinese can't survive in the west on brand name, so they cut down the profit margin to only 5% or so instead of 40-60%
