what does /g/ use as a browser?

Firefox

Every time I try to use chrome, the new tab screen bugs the fuck out of me. So instead of getting some add on to change it, I go back to firefox.

I generally do not connect to web sites from my own machine, aside from a few sites I have some special relationship with. I usually fetch web pages from other sites by sending mail to a program (see git://git.gnu.org/womb/hacks.git) that fetches them, much like wget, and then mails them back to me. Then I look at them using a web browser, unless it is easy to see the text in the HTML page directly. I usually try lynx first, then a graphical browser if the page needs it (using konqueror, which won't fetch from other sites in such a situation).

Firefox but I am also looking for a light weight browser. Can someone recommend me one??

tried all the major browsers this year. fucked around with ie11 for a good while. it's not bad, loads fast and has tracking protection, good fonts and scrolling. however, some parts of modern websites still cause it to shit the bed.

firefox i tried using, but man the fucking tab animation lag and other stutters throughout just ruin the experience. also, the design is fucking ugly.

after getting windows 10, i fucked with edge for a while. it's actually pretty damn good. ridiculously fast, good fonts/scrolling, plays video flawlessly. still has some minor issues on some websites, but very promising. ill probably switch back to it once it gets extensions.

chrome is my daily browser now. the 64bit build runs pretty well on win10. it displays complex websites perfectly.web apps really shine in chrome. the fonts and scrolling arent as good as edge, but it's not bad. ill stick with chrome until edge gets better, but for now edge is my backup.

Midori's pretty lightweight and it comes with an adblocker by default. You just have to activte it in the settings.

Lhh famm who use that thing anymore

i've just transitioned to Avant browser from Opera 12. The only thing it needs is tab stacking. i really like the video sniffer and downloader. very clever. i'm using opera 12 and vivaldi as backup. if avant ever gets tab stacking and maybe a better download manager, then it'll be cemented as my main.

None, I plug the ethernet cable straight into my butt.
