Hey /g/

When I play 3d games I hear this buzzing sound through my speakers (KRK 5).

I've tried multiple power bars and electrical outlets but I still hear the buzzing. The volume is turned down all the way and I still hear it. If I open UNREAL ENGINE 4 or BLENDER I get different buzzing noises. Will buying an APC fix this ?

No. Do the speakers still buzz if they are not plugged to the pc. Try it with nothing, or maybe a phone or something battery powered. If the sound disappears when the pc is unplugged, it may be a ground loop issue
>>
If they are active (powered) speakers, then you may be experiencing a near-field coupling from something like cell-phone, power lines, 4k monitor, or other devices that emit AC. You could try some ferrites.

make sure you're using the audio ports on the motherboard, not the front panel of your case.

Rotate the audio connection in the back of your mobo until the buzzing stops.'
