>He paid more than $2 for his mechanical keyboard

You know that that thing is worth over 100$?
>>
>>51724839
I have an old IBM mechanical that I got for free.

My every day mechanical wasn't cheap though, but I have a decent job so that doesn't bother me at all.

Wtf why it looks like a nasty ass old grimy keyboard. Who in their right mind?

I hope it's atleast super comfy or really durable.
>>
>>51724890
It's retro. That's all there is to it.
>>
>>51724839
Nice Sony display. Do you use it for emulating old video games?
>>
>>51724859
Yeah, my years of digging though the keyboard section of Goodwill every first saturday paid off.

>>51724931
Yes I do
>>
>>51724974
My parents used to have one as well, but they threw it out as 'old junk' right before I started browsing /g/ and read how great it's supposed to be.

Goodbye Jerome

Yea they are nice

Anybody know how much I could realistically expect selling an IBM Model F on ebay?

I got one for free, thinking I may clean it up and sell it to fund buying a new mechanical keyboard.
>>
>>51726673
You're going to be disappointed in anything else.
>>
>>51724974
>tfw my goodwill doesnt even have a keyboard section
>all they have are some old flatscreens that they expect people to pay as much as a new TV for
>>
>>51726733
I like the buckling spring and all, but the model f is overly bulky, not native usb, and I don't get hard over the classic beige color like some other people do.

I'd rather get a new Ducky shine or something.
>>
>>51727021
It's more a pile of them thrown on each other than a section really.
>>
>>51726246
Shyeeet I have one of these with a working capacitor, all I need to do is get some exctra buckling springs.
