Lots and lots of radio and TV. Further back, radio and movies, some sports in between, and when you're a little kid you play with toys and make up games. Movies in theaters were still really popular in the 30's (also as an escape from the harsh reality and economic failure), and old cartoons from the 30's and early to mid 40's are almost always amazing. Still, the "wild west" of the internet (an unfortunately ironic term, since real journals from cowboys portray the old west as a horrid wasteland, full of disease and criminals that rival the middle ages) would have to have been my favorite time. I estimate that it started to taper off around 2009 or 2010, when social media started to dominate, and shitty design trends appeared. It was on its way into the coffin when YouTube started urging people to register with their full legal names, and will probably be buried in the ground a while after TPP passes. Once everything is streamlined exclusively for mobile devices and anonymity is dead, the days of being a carefree idiot online will be long gone. We can reverse it in time, but only if we act to slow this shit down, and get those boomers out of office post-haste.

I still do this all the time with pencils and ink. I think tablet-only drawing is for lazy tards, and most comics drawn without at least the first draft in pencil/pen look like shit and are usually overly political and/or unfunny. You're not going to learn drafting and proportions by scrawling your shitty fursona in SAI. If you want to do digital color, I don't give a shit, but a lot of stuff drawn with only a digital pen looks really wobbly and crappy, like an approximation of a real picture. Also, people circlejerk even more about their brand of pen/digitizer, and bring in brand loyalty like a bunch of retarded monkeys. I like to call it, "artism."

I understand that the company intends for them to be pluralized as Lego or Lego Bricks, but the VAST majority of words in the English language are pluralized with S or ES at the end. It makes much more sense to pluralize it by adding an S to the end of it.
