This goes without saying how terrible the budget allocation in this build is, and without knowing what you're going to do with it.
If you want to do some dank gamin', you need to spend at least as much on your GPU as you do on your processor. If this is a meme green web browsing machine, you might as well get a chromebook and install gentoo on it.
