i'm a poor college student looking for a laptop so I have something to do on the weekends when I come home
I'd like to be able to play some new-ish games (low settings is good with me)

But I don't think it has a dedicated graphics card? Would that be an issue if I'm only playing WoW on low settings, Hearthstone, emulated games, and maybe old PC games like Fallout 1&2?
