Would it be cool to make a Kickstarter Clone focused on urban planning. So people can quickly post pictures of city issues and the crowd could work together to fix urban planning issues. The site would make it easier to vote on the projects and share solutions such as the best solar panels to use in an area to power lights in said area. Or make blanket wifi a reality.

This is the idea behind Liberland's no tax policy http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-07-21/inside-liberland-the-place-of-no-taxes-where-crowdfunding-rules

I know this is what taxes are used for, but this way people could have more say as to how that money is used. I'm also taking about places that don't have local elections for these things like developing countries. If one person from those countries could at least take a picture and outline some details of their problem others could help fix it.

The site could help direct people to legalize the plan through proper documentation. I don't think everyone knows where to start when attempting to do something like that.
