Because ever since insider preview build 10130, I experienced a strange, very specific issue with Win10.
I reported it as a bug in every build that still had the issue, and a couple months into the final release I gave up and went back to Windows 8.1.
Exactly as expected, I haven't experienced the same issue ever since.
I'm pretty sure if I upgrade to win10 I'll go to jail because of all the hentai
