I was hoping for a way to add items to the context menu without using a browser add-on. I was reading through the FF documentation. And it appears that the only way to add items to a context menu to to create a custom add-on:

I actually use OpenWith to call a python/tkinter script. Then that script grabs some info using the "-F" option of youtube-dl. Then dumps the info to the simple gui. I jump through all of these hoops so I can select the video version I want to view (bitrate/resolution). As my computer can't handle HD vids.
