Just like T-Mobile offers unlimited data in the US. They really like to jew us hard in their main country but have to compete elsewhere. Romania has top tier ISPs offering 100mbit+ for as little as 11€ per month if I remember correctly. So there you have it.

Fast enough for me.
No TV, no video streaming service, etc.
I stream some music while I play games, but that's about it.
And I torrent stuff, nothing I need super fast, but series of all sorts manage to get downloaded fast enough to pile up before I can watch it all anyway.
"Up-to 40/20" Kinda glad I went with plusnet, I can get the good upstream without needing to pay extra for needless downstream. ~40 down is plenty for me desu.
