Have you tried turning off your page file? With 16gb of ram you should in theory be ok, unless you run 90 tabs in your browser or something of that nature.

Modern SSDs, like the one you posted, are able to handle in the range of 500-1500TB of writes. You won't ever get even remotely close to that even if you hammer your SSD.
Anandtech did a write stress test on 2014 SSDs and found it would take over 20 years of constant 100% non-stop writing to kill them.
