You bought a pc at bestbuy that is the problem.
If serious you have to upgrade the video card since best buy only sells computers with crappy integrated ones. You're looking at $200+ installed.

They don't, though. That's why they had a huge desktop PC area in their stores 5-10 years ago, and today they have maybe one table with like 3 or 4 all in one PCs sitting on it.

Did you do a hard reboot?
That's where you reset the machine.
Try looking for a button on the front.
It should be round and have backlighting and be made of plastic.
Now press it. Wait for a while.
Some computer-ey things will ensue behind the plasticey things (where you can't see).
Boom! It should come back online, and then it'll be fixed.
