It's true, it does. I was on Android for 4 years (2 Galaxy S II, 2 Nexus 5). I just got an iPhone 6 last month. I don't even have to worry about charging the damn thing. I can easily go off the charger for over 2 days. Not only is the standby good, the battery barely drops even when using the phone. So much better than Android ever was or ever will be. I do miss some things about Android, mainly the better screen tech like Samsung has. However, given how battery life is 1000x better on iOS, I'll stick with it.
