Nope, and even worse downloads aren't Supported at all so when you open a webm all that happens is it gives you a button to open the webm link in safari, which from there I open it in VLC.

None of the browsers have webm support on iOS. You can only open webms indirectly by downloading them and opening them in something like google drive or VLC. It's fucking stupid and makes browsing 4chan painful.

Just scroll up a little, you don't need to go the whole way to the top. Pretty much exactly the same as in Safari but with tabs at the top instead.
