No no no, you're going to have to build at least 3 clocks before you can solder headphones.
I just need to know where each wire goes on the board

blue goes on B because blue starts with b and so the black one. the yellow goes on Y and so the gold one!

I'm not a vegetable

Based on the way the cable is bent and the way the connectors look I'd say this is an option, can't really say though, since I can't really see where the wires used to be.

All I know is that they all go there

Well if I had no knowledge or tools I would do the obvious and follow what the board says. B- and B+ should be the blue wires. I don't know which is which. R+ is the red wire. And under the red wire is the shield. That is the wire without insulation.
You do have at least a soldering gun right?

If you find the audio channels to be swapped just swap the blue wires.
There is a blue, green, red, and copper wire. That's what throws me off, and yes I have a soldering iron.

first of all why is the tin (the grey metal don't knot what it is called in american) connecting with each other, or am I seeing this wrong?
maybe solder four indepented wires on them maybe strip an ftp cable then connect cables to the other four cables in all possible combinations until it works

It's not connected, the ones on the left side are elevated over the ones on the right, they actually have a small plastic sheet separating the left from the right side
