Steelcase Gesture. If you're going to be spending a lot of time (8 hours per day+) in your chair, it's worth looking at it from the same perspective as a mattress purchase or something similar.

I've been using it for over a year now and have not once been uncomfortable.

Get a leap off Craig list for 200 bucks.

Consider new ergo chairs like the one that tilts the seat down so you sit healthy (standing simulation).
