And not really, just tested the major cities near me that i would like to download, St.Petersburg, for example, and i cant download it, even when on wifi, what is this shit...don't get my hopes up.

I remember using this when I went to Berlin like 3 years ago. It worked the exact same way as it is depicted here with the cropping and all. What's new now?
