If you're asking about 128gb fitting into a micro SD, then yes it is.

worst case is that you try copying something onto something that is actually 2GB and you lose the data completely because it's just overwriting old data

It's a 2gb. Windows will think it's a 128gb. Writing more than 2gb to it will break it.
