Actually, no. That's the problem.

As someone said, the H440 is a great case. But if you're on a budget, the S340 is the best bang for your buck, anon.
>>
>>51249625
I'm in between the H440 and the R4
I like both but the H440 cant host an optical drive right? not that it matters mostly since I dont even use disks

The cheapest you can find with the side panel removed it doesn't make a damn difference.

>the H440 cant host an optical drive right
That's right. And be aware that if you use a bigger video card, you'll lose some of the modular racks (that you can retrofit elsewhere with some tinkering). Both cases have similar user profiles, so you'll be fine with either choice. The R4 comes with a non-windowed version, which for some anons is a plus.

>The cheapest you can find with the side panel removed it doesn't make a damn difference.
What about operating noise? Air flow? Dust? It's not that simple to say that it "doesn't make a damn difference".

>>
>>51249773
Operating noise has more to do with the fans in your computer unless you want a super silent system which you're not gonna get with a powerful computer anyway.
Also you can still direct airflow in an open case and dust really isn't a problem.
>>
>>51249773
thanks for the tips, I havent looked at the measurements of GPUs yet but will probably go will either a GTX 9(3.5) or more likely a 390 hope either of those would be fine enough.

And in terms of airflow and dust I hope that both would do a decent job with keeping things clean inside
>>
>>51249843
>And in terms of airflow and dust I hope that both would do a decent job with keeping things clean inside
Dust will mostly depend on your fan set-up. Look up positive and negative air pressure. You'll have to Spring clean it every once in a while. But both have a considerable area of intake, specially with the removable fronts and all. Those cards you've listed will fit in both so long as you can do without some of the modularity configuration on the H440 or you're willing to so some very minor tinkering. You'll be fine either way.

Take an H440.
Add some rice (good or bad).
Add tons more airflow.
Add a fan hub.

Now you have the N450.

Caselabs S5 looks like it has a lot of potential as well.

Define S, because why the fuck would you want to look at hard drives when you open your case. Also quiet as fuck without windows.
>>
>>51258596
There are fans on the front and top, so there would be enough pressure to push cold air in and take the hot air out. The only issue I see is the PSU with the fan being right against the glass panel.

I always liked smaller cases because I want it to feel portable and not have to lug around a huge tower.

You have to be more heat conscious and you can't double up on GPUs typically but otherwise np. My next is with a CM 130.
