When I had an iPhone I didn't like how everything would always be top left. That's the only reason I don't like iphones though. I have a note5 and iphone5s and still use the iPhone a lot.

Fifth, lack of RAM, yes I know i does not need it but it might be nice to have more than three tabs open and have them open to view without loading them or to have multiple applications open and load easily.

It does not. The geniouses have a tool they can used that can see the residual effects of a jailbreak. It's very rare they'll turn away a device that was jailbroken, but they can refuse service because of it.

Former genious. Without going into details, there are a few files and strings the diagnostic program picks up, even after a full DFU restore.
In addition, there are some tweaks that run outside of substrate that are not fully removed with a DFU restore, such as iFile and f.lux.
Funny story, I was able to return an out of warantee iPhone by restoring with f.lux still on the device. Showed the genius the horribly yellowed screen and walked out with a new device. This was before the updates to the diagnostic tools.
