There's no reason anymore to swap batteries every day, since most phones have 8 hours screen on time at least nowadays (remember that in 2011 3 hours was considered okay). Replacing the battery when it wears out is not that hard with a closed back. Just 2 minutes with a hairdryer and you're in.
And there are plenty of phones with microsd card slots if you look beyond muh samsung and muh nexus.
