What is the best GNU/Linux distro for beta manlets?

I've decided to stop trying to be what I'm not, and embrace being a beta manlet for life

So with that comes a change of lifestyle.
I need a version of linux for beta manlets like me, what do you recommend /g/?

The Beta manlet linux is probably like Mint with some anime wallpaper and ricing. Anything beyond that and you start to get into neckbeard territory.
