I had the same problem a while ago. Are you using chroot once you have everything mounted properly?
>>50793183
no im not, i was using pacman -U commands for the other 2 packages
People actually fall for this meme?
>>50792994
u dont need wifi-menu
use wpa_supplicant set with dhcpcd
boot the live iso again, chroot and install the missing pkgs
>Not all tools from the live installation (see packages.both) are part of the base group. Packages can later be installed with pacman, or by appending their names to the pacstrap command.

Sorry for the delay in the reply but yeah that was my problem as well, you have to chroot into your /mnt. (Hint:arch-chroot /mnt)
>>50793163
Holy shit, you fell for the "you fell for the meme" meme, idiot.
it clearly states in the error what you need to do so why the fuck did you waste your time making a 4chan thread that belonged in >>>/g/sqt in the first place. If you think about it there are no stupid questions, there are stupid people who ask questions so we should rename sqt to qspa
Linux
It just werkz
>>50792994
mkdir /mnt/usb
lsblk (so you can see which one is your usb)
mount /dev/sdx /mnt/usb
cd /mnt/usb
pacman -U package_name
