Only works with metro store apps and you can't sideload anything so it's completely useless. I have a windows rt device and there is dick all on the store for arm devices. Hope you like using edge or ie because those are the only two browsers.

I don't care about gaming but I would like to have a useable shell when I dock along with a good web browser/media player. Windows rt had none of that. Couldn't even find a competent comic book reader.
