The laptop is small cz' i always carry it with me, it's an acer switch 10
the bird is actually a gift from my gf. it's kind of a bird with a bell under him.
i use headphones cz my neighboor are so much annoying so if i listen to music with the speaker they will start to ring my door.
The desk is not facing wall because this is my studio and i use to walk when i'm learning, so it's better a 360° opened desk.
the keyboard is actually a piece of shit, but i find it usefull because of the scroll and the copy/paste button related. i can basically do everything with it. i want to replace it asap.
and last but not least i am not poor, but i don't want to live on the shoulder of my parents, so everything you see it is bought with money i succed to gain. i have some K in the bank, but i want to keep them to pay for my specialization :)

Yeah! Exactly! I think it has got kind of optimization for focusing text lines. It really sucks if there is no light/bad light except for text. It will focus lines in every conditions. Probably that's because is a business phablet so it is just suited for pdf and not landscapes

I don't get what's so difficult about basic cable management.
I see a lot of stations in these threads which would be so much better with just a little effort gone into their cabling. Just go to your nearest hardware store and get cable ducts matching your desk's thickness - especially easy with desks standing against the wall.

It isnt difficult but it also doesnt do anything except for looks in my case. I may do that some point later but its not a big concern. I understand why you would want to do it for looks but besides the room being clean and all its nothing major.
I wash my car almost every week and vacuum it, you may not do the same.

I do however sometimes have periods where different computers are in my area where I have to unplug things, another reason why it isnt quite just a 20 min and done for a while thing organizing it.

Sure, the gear is probably the biggest incentive to lurk. I don't want to force you to tidy up your cables, was just pointing out an easy fix for everyone in the thread.
If you do a lot of changing cables, you might want to mount the cable duct below the desk instead of the back against the wall, like I did. You can then easily access it by removing the faceplate/s. Can also cut the face plate into sections, so that there are multiple entries and exits for cables, as seen in the picture.

Headphones are all I got. I'm a gamer so I keep my headphones on all day. I don't really have a need for speakers.
And I'm always on teamspeak with friends. So I can't have speakers playing audio or they'll hear it.
I might invest in some cheaper speakrs if I ever feel the need. Cause some times I'm alone and I like to jam out.
