What is that supposed to mean, clones? If you don't want your software to change you probably shouldn't have used a different OS. If you just want music players, unarchivers or picture viewers, you don't even need to install anything cause the preinstalled ones are great.

On top of that Winrar and Total Commander are neither free as in freedom nor free as in free beer.
