Why is the settings 'app' still a separate entity to control panel? There is no good reason whatsoever for them both to exist, and in win 8 at least I've found there are things that each can do that the other can't which is very annoying. The biggest flaw with 8 in my view was how it seemed like two entirely separate user interfaces, they've gone some way to repairing that in 10 but it looks like they're not all the way there yet.
