Lets you select multiple links, or check boxes and do things with them.
I use it to copy a bunch of links, and then I paste them into wget.

>AdDetector
It would be better if it redirected to archive before it loaded the page.
>9. YesScript: "A JavaScript blacklist."
>blacklist
This is fucking worthless because by the time you blacklist malicious scripts you're already fucked.
>>46667861
good looking out. i was using Copy Link URL for this, but yours seems to be a little more capable.
>>46667817
>cliget
Nice, especially for aria2c.
>>46667817
everyone should have a centered URL bar.@namespace url(http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul);
#urlbar {text-align: center !important;}
Download Manager (S3)

>fucking worthless
between my 41,000+ entry-long hosts file (which i update daily from four sources, using a neat little bash script), adblock plus, disconnect, the fact that i run an up-to-date lignux as my main os, and have all plugins set to "ask to activate", i don't feel i need to waste my time with something like noscript.
If you don't like using botnet pocket, why not create a QR code?

>hosts file
fucking pleb, use µblock
>>46667959

lel, you might as well fucking start with a whitelist.

How does addetector work? I mean, how does it know that its paid by someone?
I recommend OverbyteFF, it allows you to view gopher sites with firefox
>>46667908
>not using vimperator/pentadactyl and having all that gui bloat disabled
>>46667908
noice
>>46668040
But they are so ugly! I really want the style of dwb, but in Firefox.
>>46668040
Firemacs or Keysnail are better alternatives.
>>46668017
It looks for a string of text admitting to it being a paid placement, and then displays the warning.
It relies on the site admitting to being paid for the article.
>>46668106
yuck
>>46668102
What is ugly?
>>46668134
vim a shit
>>46668134
Disgusting font rendering.
>>46668173
Looks fine to me love
>>46668017
overbyte is great!
you can check out the source for addector here: https://github.com/typpo/ad-detector
apparently it parses the source code of pages on news sites and identifies information that would imply the article is sponsored. works for me.
>>46668134
>black URL bar
Gross, at least use dark gray
>>46668188
Are you blind? That looks as shit as Windows font rendering.
>>46668017
>>46668204
Overbite, not Overbyte.
>>46667987
eh, i'm alright. if i was on windows, or had my plugins set to "always activate" though, i'd feel differently.
>>46667908
This is for Stylish, right?
IPFuck (or IPFlood for Firefox)
>>46668055
T-thanks, you t-too
>>46668319
C-can I ask you?
If I want to use stylish, how to make browser bar like this instead using oneliner?
>>46668475
Learn some simple CSS. That can be done in 5 minutes.
>>46668592
I want my browser bar is dynamic bar like that gif, not static bar. I tried but it still static bar, can you give me at least one key like :hover, :link, or something like that?
>>46667817
haha the fox has a rock and tomatos
>>46668662
That's not a rock, it's Mozarella.
>>46668654
Probably :active.
>>46668475
I need that awesome pixel background please!
>>46668694
it looks lik erock ;_:
>>46668699
Still a nope, oh well I'll try it my self.
>>46668702
That's not mine, sorry.
>>46668789
Australis is harder to rice but use "inspect element" on this page: chrome://browser/content/browser.xul
It makes it easier to find the correct names of elements.
>>46668822
Cool, I was using DOM inspector before, but this seems like a more natural solution.
>>46668475
I have no idea, all my rice is stolen ;_;
>>46668987
That just copied gif from your post last thread or more.
>>46668822
Ah, thanks for that.
>>46669023
It's from an /e/ or /c/ stereoscopic 3d gif/webm thread using Depthy.
I'm on /g/ about 100 posts/day, but usually without images.
>>46667959
>>46668230
Plugins != scripts
blacklisting scripts doesn't work because if I have a javascript exploit I can run a genetic obfuscator on it until it runs on your computer.
whitelist is the only way
>>46669777
i know plugins!=scripts, but i'm still not too concerned. along with all of the measures i mentioned before, i keep an up-to-date blacklist for yesscript. really don't feel too threatened.
X-Notifier:
https://addons.mozilla.org/it/android/addon/xnotifier/
But I use it only for the nice RSS notifier, I wouldn't trust my passwords to any addon.
>>46668259
yea it's for stylish
>Tree Style Tabs
with pic related at 0 because the bar was tickling my autism. It has been emphasized for this screenshot, even though it's default at 5.
Tab Trees. I don't know how widespread it is but it's literally the best thing ever. It's only annoying if you have the browser open on a portrait monitor, besides that it's amazing and really intuitive.
>>46671061
>>46671397
Tree style tabs is great.
>>46670430
i used it for a long time until a year ago or so, i decided to reduce the amount of useless/redundant add-ons.
Also, passwords are stored locally.
is my firefox any good?
>>46671571
How did you make your tabs wider?
>>46671624.tabbrowser-tabs:not([drag=detach]) > .tabbrowser-tab:not([pinned])[fadein] {
min-width: 30px !important;
max-width: 100% !important;
}
just set max-with to 100%
>>46668173
do people not understand that it fonts look different depending how its set up for your monitor.
also looks great to me.
>>46668475
>no fade in background
looks horrible when it pops in your face like that.
>>46671624
tab mix plus has options for that.
here is an addon that everyone should have. Fixes a bug that's been in Firefox since it came out.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/do-this-automatically/?src=userprofile
Also SmoothWheel. Has smooth scrolling, and you can adaptively scroll at a faster speed by holding a button.
Right now, all I use is
>Blender
>Flash and Video Download (porn)
>Flashblock
>NoScript
I use an edited HOSTS file for ad-blocking. It works well enough, and doesn't mess up frames like AdBlock does. Plus Web sites can't enumerate any ad-blocking extensions on my part, so they don't gripe at me or disable features.
I try to keep my installation from getting boggled down with extensions that eat up memory. On average, Firefox stays around 100 - 200 MB, which is pretty good.
>>46671571
Looks like something a color blind would design.
does anyone know how to make all new tabs open in a pinned tab?
>>46674838
I can you do you even better.
Multiple Tab Handler lets you select multiple tabs and do anything you want with them.
Combine this add-on with Multi Link Paste and Go.
Treestyle tabs a best!
any way to get the min/max/close in line with the tabs when not maximized?
>>46668102
>but they are so ugly!
>the entire point of the extension is hiding the UI from you
Nigger what.
>>46676140
Treestyle tabs makes my stomach queasy for some reason.
>>46677286
I just have everything auto hide.
MileWideBack
