I thought I had baby hands, but I guess not, because the size really isn't that bad. I can hold it pretty nicely with one, although I have gestures to navigate, so I've been using one hand.
I've had it for like a day, so I can't say anything much for the battery life except that it seems to be tolerable. I've charged it once after I've let it get to 30% or so. It doesn't seem to be amazing, but it's not a giant problem. Honestly, my only complaint is how shit the camera is indoors.

That's good to know. I've got a Galaxy S3 (4.8") and it feels like a good size except when I'm laying in bed laying on my side.
I'll probably look up some battery benchmarks and reviews too. I'm thinking that disabling bloat and installing greenify will help. I only get like 2 and a half hours on screen on time so anything will be an improvement for me.
