You have to realize that Swedish politics have parties that strive towards one goal and present another. While the resulting legislation is usually pretty bland and leaning towards the left if a party like VP would get enough votes they will work towards a communist hell hole more openly. You just have to look at the kind of changes that are being made and see if it's a moderate change or if it's an intense change, just focused in one place.
