Where did they get that?
The image/video is an obvious CG visualization. The rest of the video never talks about generating something *visible*, just that they can generate a volumetric field that you can sort of feel when touching it.
In the rest of the video, they visualize the generated waves/field using a pool of oil and towards the end, they show some interactive application using themepark-tier projection/mirror magic.
It's done using sound waves, there's nothing to *see* here.
