DSL. Telus. Canada.

D/U 15Mbps/1Mbps

Good enough. I have to limit my torrents to download 1 at a time though.
>>
Mediacom Communications. Usually about 25mbps down. Just got a new phone on Monday, when I did a speedtest on LTE, pulling it wirelessly from a tower who knows where, it was faster than what I get pumped straight through wires to my house. What a time to be alive.
>>
Belgium, Belgacom, VDSL2 : 20 Mb/s down. / 5 Mb/s up.

Hello telus friend Shaw here.
8mbit down
50Kb up
Should I switch? telus offers 5mibut up with their 25down plan as supposed to 2.5. But shaw let's me go terabytes over data limit. Does telus give a shit if you hit cap?
>>
Home fiber, mid-tier plan. 16 up and down and low ping. It's decent.
>>
>>45344989
if you use your Shield outside with Starbucks Wi-Fi, your optic fiber connection is useless.

mediacom tier 2 rep here. run a test direct to modem and if it's still slow, give support a call and have them check the signals on your modem. if you use one of our gateways, definitely call as we can log in directly to your wireless settings and try and improve the speeds for you.

we do want this shit to work. you gotta call in if you are having problems.
>>
200mbps

Not like it seems to do much apart from concurrent downloads. All shit I want to download seems to be limited to 4mbs
>>
>>45345052
No you still need at least 5mbit up. To get that here you need to buy 100 down for like $100 I'll take fibre instead

I get cable from Charter with speeds around 60/10 down/up. I'm thinking about switching back to AT&T dsl even if it is shit they never gave a shit about me pirating.

>>45345151
Pretty sure Vancouver had some gigabit providers.
>>
cable one
my rating 1/10, at least im online now
they have bad customer support and treat their customers like shit, generally (not just my opinion - pretty much everyone in this town talks shit about them)

one month they charged me 250$ overage fee because they added a cap of 500GB without letting me know. 0.50 cents/GB overage fee. After quite a lot of bitching I got them to drop it.
its 43$/mo (8$ is modem rent), other competitors in town (but not my area sadly) charge 35$ a month with no modem rent.

I Think you are overreacting a little bit. Besides, I don't know how to remove post. Although I don't see why I need to remove it anyways.
