Hey /g/uys
I want to buy a new PC...
This is my current shopping list:
POWER SUPPLY:
LEPA MaxBron 800W (B800-MB)
MAINBOARD:
ASUS B150-Pro (90MB0PC0-M0EAY0)
CPU:
Intel Core i5-6500 - 4x 3.2 GHz, Turbo: 3.6 GHz (BX80662I56500)
RAM:
2x Samsung DIMM 4GB - DDR4-2133, CL15-15-15 (M378A5143DB0-CPB)
GPU:
Palit GeForce GTX 960 - 4GB GDDR5 (NE5X960010G1J)
STORAGE (SYSTEM / PORN):
Samsung M.2 SSD PM951 256GB (MZVLV256HCHP-00000)
Seagate Desktop HDD 2TB - SATA 6Gb/s (ST2000DM001)
Will GTA5 run smooth on 1920x1080 resolution, with high settings?
And what you guys think about this hardware combination?
Greetings!
A few things are bad.
>shit psu
>meh version of 960
Haven't checked ram, but pls just buy as cheap ram as you can get

>PSU
Utter shit. Get a quality Seasonic 650W.
>Motherboard
ASUS a shit.
>CPU
>ever buying a locked i5
>RAM
Seems alright.
>GPU
Oh jesus, fuck no. I'm not an AMD fanboy by any stretch of the imagination, but you'd be a fool to not go with an AMD gpu in your price bracket.
>storage
Looks fine.
2/10, good effort.

Offbrand shit fries your hardware, i personally prefer seasonic, those hold out forever
For 960 i'd go msi/gigabye/asus

>ASUS a shit.
Have good experiences with it.
>ever buying a locked i5
I dont want to OC.
>GPU
>Oh jesus, fuck no.
What AMD-GPU do you recommend me?
It's obvious the manchild doesn't have to pay his own electricity

CPU: an unlocked haswell (i5-4690k) would be much better, much higher frequencies (4.5Ghz), same instructions, same power requirements and almost same IPC.
MAINBOARD: dunno about your model, but if you go haswell as you should any mid-tier z97 mobo will be fine.
RAM: 2133mhz ddr4 is utter shit imho, but if you go Skylake you don't have other choice at the same price... Again, I would recommend some good CL9 ddr3 at the same or higher frequency, but Skylake won't permit you this. 2x4GB is fine.
GPU: Not that it is "bad", 960 is in fact the most modern gpu you can find atm, but if I were you, I would wait some months for Pascal/Polaris. 100% increase in efficiency and dx12/vulkan compatibility is no joke. Just a personal opinion here though.
STORAGE: Nice choice, but are you sure you need all that speed? SATA III speeds aren't that bad
PSU: Don't fall for the overpowered psu meme. With that config a good 400w will suffice, a 550w or similar should give you plenty of room for future upgrades.
i5-4590 and a h97 motherboard are also fine (but less future-proof) if you really don't want to overclock

I have that model of Seagate and it failed on me 3 weeks after the warranty was up.
