Please guys help me i need help setting up a network this is what i need to do. I have 3 pcs. one need to be connected directly to the router (no wifi) and the other 3 need to have wifi. Also the 3 computers need to share a hub.

Affordability wise there isn't much reason to avoid buying a device with a router, switch, and wireless ap in one. Your traditional home router.
You could go out and buy an individual router and a switch and a wireless ap. But that's kinda stupid for you.
Also your math doesn't add up or you worded it terribly.
Just get a home router and connect two through Ethernet and one though WiFi and they'll all be on the same network (like a 'hub').
