Well OP. It's simple. We'll use the Day1 column to start the translation.
For your warmup, it's 50 reps of 5 pounds, then 65 reps of 5, then 75 reps of 5 pounds. Make sure to have 30 seconds break between sets.
For your 5/3/1 it's pretty much the same, but the bold means you need to make sure you're superset each rep (hence the 5+)
For your boring but big set, it's pretty straightforward: 5 sets of 10 pounds at age 65.
