Was wondering if I can consume 5.8 tbsp (87g) per day of pic related everyday without any adverse sides. Consumed like 40g at once 2 days ago and it was raining shit. Spaced out my servings yesterday and was kinda fine. Plan on taking a spoonful every hour or so until finished.

I consume pretty decent amounts of fiber. 158g of steel cut oats spread out between 2 breakfasts and 170g of brown rice spread out through lunch and dinner. I admit I was a dumbass when I dosed myself at 40g thinking I was going to be fine.
