Bicep tendon and something in my RC. Can't lift weights with left shoulder if I want it to get better asap. I have so many workouts where I am just not ... hyped, not confident, not trusting in my form, etc.
Even with sub maximal weights I just have many days where my head isn't into it, even though my life isn't really stressing.

Try pulling on the bar with a flat back, and break the floor 1" with 60% or so. Do that over and over.

When you can do that, then focus on hinging your hips through to raise the bar.

DL 1x5
Drills for the Snatch and/or Clean

B
Snatch 6x2 or 12x1 (sets anywhere from 60-100%+)

C
Clean 6x2 or 12x1 (sets anywhere from 60-100%+)

In the case of the clean and the snatch, they can be done earlier instead of being the final lift like the DL.
