I got them for free from a friend who found them too large. Quality is definitely inferior to SBDs, especially the seams. I just use them because they're large enough to be worn comfortably, my SBDs are size M and they're a pain in the ass to wear for me.

Inflating the bench is pretty common, really.
It depends on how you're handling the program, everyone recovers and deals with intensity and volume to different degrees.
What Sheiko recommends is you run the program once as is, to see how it goes for you, and then adapt it and customise it to fit you. This is obviously the safe approach.
But many people just look at the numbers they're gonna deal with in the training, and speculate on how much they want or not to inflate. This isn't as safe, but if your numbers aren't very high it can work fine.

But he usually don't say do this cause he likes the meme of 90%+ = far greater risk of injury and he doesn't like injuries
